Return Policy
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Flyboy LLC retains the right to deny refunds made on items returned after 30 days from date of delivery. In order to be eligible for refund, returned items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition." Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • Must not be a special order or a custom order
  • Return initiated within thirty days of the original delivery
  • For aircraft parts and components, we cannot accept returns on items that have been installed and used on flying aircraft.
  • If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund after they are returned to us.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Refunds for items that are returned damaged or otherwise in unsaleable condition may be denied or subject to a restocking fee at the discretion of Flyboy LLC.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items may be refunded up to a maximum of the actual amount paid.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
